A clear guide to shopping with PROJECT 101. Please review our policies on orders, payments, shipping, returns, and product information before making a purchase.
Last updated · October 24, 2026PROJECT 101 operates this website as an official product catalogue and brand platform. Purchases are completed through our official Shopee store or arranged directly via WhatsApp. Product prices, availability, and promotions may vary between channels. Final order details, including pricing, stock availability, shipping costs, and payment instructions, will be confirmed through the selected purchasing channel before payment.
Product measurements are provided as a sizing reference. Minor variations of approximately 1–2 cm may occur due to garment production and measurement methods. We recommend reviewing the product-specific size chart and fit description before purchasing. Requests for size exchanges are subject to stock availability, the applicable return policy, and the purchasing channel's terms.
Orders placed through Shopee are shipped using the delivery services available on the platform. For orders arranged via WhatsApp, shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be confirmed before payment.
Delivery estimates may vary due to destination, courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. PROJECT 101 will assist customers with shipment-related issues in accordance with applicable consumer rights and the relevant courier or platform procedures.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact PROJECT 101 as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos or videos.
For faster assistance, we encourage customers to report issues within 3 days of delivery. This recommendation does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws or the purchasing platform's policies.
Size exchanges or change-of-mind requests are subject to the applicable purchasing channel's policies, product condition, and stock availability. Where applicable, returned items should remain unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by their original tags and packaging.
Refunds and returns for Shopee purchases must follow Shopee's applicable procedures. For direct WhatsApp purchases, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Payments for Shopee orders are processed through the payment methods supported by Shopee. For direct WhatsApp orders, payment instructions will be provided through PROJECT 101's official communication channel.
Customers should verify payment details before completing a transfer. PROJECT 101 does not process card payments directly through this catalogue website. We will never request your account password, PIN, or one-time verification code.
